PROJECTS

Southern Lachlan Fold Belt

OVERVIEW

The 100% owned Jingellic Project in southern New South Wales (consisting of EL9403, EL9507 and EL8958) and the 100% owned Tallangatta Project in north-eastern Victoria cover a combined 2,039km2 within the Southern Lachlan Fold Belt.

The Jingellic Project is a greenfields exploration licence covering 1,200km2, while the Tallangatta Project covers 839km2. The projects are prospective for lithium, tin, tungsten, tantalum, niobium, with a focus on LCT pegmatites and tin mineralisation in veins, pegmatites and griesen.

The prospectivity of the region is supported by historical tin workings (early 1900s), which returned high-grade results up to 11.0% tin, 1,060ppm tantalum and 1.5% lithium-oxide. Rock chip sampling has also returned up to 16.7% SnO2, with accessory tantalum (up to 380ppm Ta) and niobium (up to 580ppm Nb).
