As co-founder of Kalamazoo, Luke Reinehr was the Company’s Managing Director from January 2013 to July 2016 and is currently the CEO and Chairman of Kalamazoo. Working across all levels of management over a period of more than 25 years, he has extensive partnership, Director, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman experience with resources and technology companies in Australia and abroad. He holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Monash University.

Paul Adams has over 20 years’ experience in the mining industry in exploration, open pit, underground operational roles both in Australia and overseas. He has over 10 years’ experience as the Head of Equities Research at a well-known Perth stockbroking company, specialising in small to mid-cap resource companies.He currently sits on the Board of ASX-listed companies Kalamazoo Resources and Meeka Metals, having previously held the position of Managing Director of Spectrum Metals Ltd.Paul Adams holds a Geology Degree (Honors) from Derbyshire University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia.

Simon Coyle has 20 years’ industry experience and graduated from the Western Australian School of Mines.He held several senior operational management positions in a range of commodities including gold, iron ore, manganese and lithium.More recently he held the position of General Manager Operations for Pilbara Minerals hard rock lithium operation, Pilgangoora. He successfully led the development and expansion of the operation to become one of the worlds leading producers of spodumene concentrate.

Graeme Sloan is a qualified Mining Engineer with over 35 years’ experience as a Managing Director/CEO, Non-Executive Director, Chairman and Member of Audit, Risk and Sustainability Committee’s and General Manager of Operations.He has held roles in corporate affairs, operational management, technical and project development and has worked in Australia, North and South America holding senior technical roles for ASX, TSX and AIM listed companies.He has also worked in most commodities and is currently Chairman/Acting CEO of TSX listed gold explorer Golden Horse Minerals (formerly Altan Rio).

Mr Stevanovic is a highly experienced geologist with just under 20 years’ international experience across a number of commodities including lithium, gold, copper, nickel and base metals.During his extensive career throughout Australia and overseas, Mr Stevanovic has led exploration teams that made significant discoveries in lithium, gold and uranium in Europe, Australia and Africa. Mr Stevanovic has additional experience in project development, coordinating Pre-Feasibility Studies (PFS) and Definitive Feasibility Studies (DFS). Most recently, he worked as Exploration Manager at Liatam Mining Pty Ltd at the Bald Hill Lithium and Tantalum Mine. , which is adjacent to Kali’s Higginsville Lithium Projects.Mr Stevanovic holds a Bachelor of Sciences (Exploration Geology) and Master of Sciences (Economic Geology) from the University of Belgrade in Serbia and is currently Non-Executive Director at Lykos Metals.

Ms Morton is a Chartered Accountant who holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Commerce in Accounting and Finance, specialises in financial management, financial reporting and risk compliance and management. She has served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed and unlisted public companies. Prior to her current role, she has spent twelve years as senior audit manager at one of the leading international Audit, Tax & Advisory firms where she was focused on engagements across the mining, technology and manufacturing sectors. Her experience includes expertise in matters of corporate governance and compliance support, as well as managing and executing corporate transactions including assets acquisitions and disposal, capital raisings, IPOs, and ASX listings.
